Inside Sales Advisor



Sales | Full Time

Miner Family Insurance seeks a driven Inside Sales Advisor to protect Oklahoma families using warm leads from marketing, referrals, and clients—no cold calls, no wasted time spent quoting. Join a high-energy agency focused on your growth.



Role Overview

Focus on personal, commerical and life insurance sales, consultative selling, client education, and relationship-building with modern tech tools.



Key Responsibilities

• Sell home/auto/personal lines via warm leads and networking.
• Handle inbound leads, and close sales.
• Educate on coverage, cross-sell/upsell for optimal protection.
• Use AMS/raters/automation for efficiency.
• Build referral partnerships with lenders/realtors.

Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Active OK P&C license (or obtain quickly).
• Self-starter with strong communication and tech skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, goal-driven teams.
